Our Leather
We make use of only genuine full-grain and veg tanned leather that are sourced locally and are handpicked for their superior quality.
Our process, why hand-stitched?
Every Wanderer product is stitched by hand for the aesthetic appeal and durability that only hand stitching can create. Our products are crafted using the traditional saddle stitch method, where the thread is less likely to unravel if a stitch breaks compared to machine stitching.
Although this is a time-consuming process, it adds more value and durability to your Wanderer leather bag or accessory.
Lead-time
Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete before delivery. Once your order is complete, we will send you an email with the shipping and tracking details of your parcel.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Wanderer purchase or it was not what you have ordered, the product can be returned if it is unused and in the original packaging.
To qualify for a return, an email must be sent to info@wandererhandcrafted.co.za within 7 days of receipt. The following information must be provided in your email: your name, address, order number and reason for return.
Should you want to return an unwanted item and no error was made by Wanderer, the cost of delivery will be at your own expense. However, where the item is found on its return inspection to be defective or incorrectly delivered we will gladly refund you for the cost of return
We reserve the right to refuse any goods returned outside the time limit stated.
